REFLECTIONS:
Today was the first practical for the homecons exam.I made Chicken Macaroni Soup. Before we started, i was very nervous that i would make mistakes but in the end, i think that i did a good job and the dish was very tasty! The dish looked very appetising and colourful and had a wonderful aroma. It also had nice,smooth texture and consisted of ingredients from all the food groups.
