Yong Tau Fu Soup with Bee Hoon noodles(Original Recipe)(3rd practical) «|» 8:19 PM
The bee hoon noodles being cooked in a pot The cut chicken, waiting to be cooked. frying the oinions and garlic together in a pot adding the chicken to the boiling soup cooking the yong tau fu ingredients with the chicken and soup. adding the soup to the cooked bee hoon noodles. The final product!!! REFLECTIONS: Today was the 3rd practical for the homecons exam. I made Yong Tau Fu Soup with Bee Hoon noodles for it. The dish looked very delicious and appetising.It had a fantastic and wonderful aroma and tasted delicious! It was also very healthy as it has low salt content and contains ingredients from all the food groups.
